Most of your phone interview pointers are right on. However, job applicants SHOULD NOT be trapped into disclosing a "desired salary" figure - especially during a phone interview. Any discussion / revelation of an offer you will accept is totally premature - especially during a phone interview. The most you should say about a desired salary figure during a phone interview - or on a job application form is the word: "Negotiable."
During an in-person interview, the interviewer is stacking up little invisible packs of money on the table. You have no idea how much money he / she has put there. If you succumb to pressure and "guess" at a figure, you will almost always lose and guess low.
Instead of engaging in a "money guessing game", insist that the decision making interviewer - if he / she is intersted in hiring you - make you a "fair offer." This approach almost always ensures that they will give you ALL of the invisible money.
Even high pressure interviewers won't come back at you more than three times,[url=http://billigeparajumpersjackendamen.albirank.net/][b]Parajumpers jacken damen[/b][/url], after you have said: "Make me a fair offer." Just replay a variation of that statement after they come at you each time.
